Dear Bill, Cindy and Will, We were so deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Jeff. He was truly a great nephew, cousin, son and friend. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult of times. If there is anything we can do please let us know. We love Jeff very much and will treasure the memories we have of him forever. He was not only a great young man he was one of the finest people we have ever met.
