Obituary for Angela "Angie" Grace Shanabarger
Angela “Angie” Grace Shanabarger, 44 of Weirton, WV, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at UPMC-Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, PA.
Angie was born on May 29, 1975 in New Martinsville, WV. She was the daughter of the late Demp O’Neil and Geneva (Shanabarger) Mehalik.
Angie worked as a certified nursing assistant at Wyngate, Weirton since 2015. She loved caring for others so much and it showed in her work. Prior to working at Wyngate, Angie worked for 10 years at Long John Silvers, Weirton, WV. Many will remember Angie for her love of online shopping especially purses, her hopefully spirit in gambling; but most of all, her unfailing and unconditional love of her family.
Angie is survived by her two children, Mollie Shanabarger and her spouse, Jennifer Anderson and William Fram and his fiancé, Ra’shelle Anderson, all of Weirton, WV, step father, Bill Mehalik, father of her children, David Fram, four step children, Evie Robinson, Chealyne Wentz, Jordan Hennen, Michelle Kirkbride, 11 grandchildren, Thomas, Aliveah, and Daven Davidson, Jayce Anderson, Keirstyn Wade, Ava and Alex Maris Jr., Kirk Jr. and Carter Singleton, and Skylar and Braxton Valerio, two sisters, Mandy Petrelle and her husband, Jason, Zoa Postlethwait, Gracie Criss, and Gary Colins, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, co-workers and friends.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and again on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM til time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717, with Funeral Chaplain, Reverend Sharon Van Dam, officiating.
Interment will follow at St Paul Cemetery, Weirton, WV.
