Obituary for AnnaBell Rouse (Jolly)
AnnaBell (Jolly) Rouse, 102 of Wellsburg, WV, passed away at 10:51 PM on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV.
AnnaBell was born on Oct 11, 1919 in Steubenville, OH. She was the daughter of the late William and Pearl Jolly.
AnnaBell was a graduate of Follansbee High School. She was a member of Follansbee Church of Christ. AnnaBell worked at the Wellsburg Paper Mill and later at Bethany College as a housekeeper. Many will remember AnnaBell for her love of conversation with her family and friends making sure she was always in the middle and watching TV.
In addition to her parents, AnnaBell was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Clarence Rouse and a sister, Dorothy Liston.
AnnaBell is survived by her son, William “Bill” Rouse and his wife, Jean of Colliers, WV, two grandchildren, Tracy Lynn Painter and her husband, Chad of Wellsburg, WV and Kristopher Rouse and his wife, Penni of Charlestown, WV, three great grandchildren, Morgan, Dustin and Judah.
