Obituary for Anthony Lawrence Mitch
Anthony Lawrence Mitch, 80 of Bethany, WV, passed away on Saturday Morning, November 28, 2020 at Peterson Rehab Hospital, Wheeling, WV.
Anthony was born on January 26, 1940 in Watertown, NY. He was the son of the late Lawrence Mitch Sr. and Conetta (Galante) Mitch.
Anthony was a graduate of Cornell University and went on to receive Masters of Art at St. John University in New York. He worked as a professor at Bethany College teaching literature. In his spare time Anthony loved home remodeling with his late brother Lawrence.
In addition to his parents, Anthony was preceded in death by his brothers, Lawrence Mitch Jr. and Eugene Mitch.
Anthony is survived by his sister-in-law, Denise Mitch of Freeport, MA, a niece, Alexandra Mitch and a nephew, Nicholas Mitch.
