Charles Benny Stoneking, 79 of Weirton, WV, passed away at 8:43 AM on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at his residence under the care of Arlie with the assistance of Valley Hospice.

Benny was born on May 31,1940 in Tyler County, WV and grew up in Weirton. He graduated from Weir High School Class of 1958.  Benny served honorably in the United States Army. 

Benny was preceded in death by his parents, Clairmont and Meriam (Keys) Stoneking and a brother, Bruce Stoneking.

Benny will be remembered by Arlie Cundiff, whom he loved for 39 years, a son, Gregory Stoneking of Weirton, WV, a daughter, Beverly Stoneking of New York, three step-children, Patty Draper of Dry Ridge, KY and Georgia Ann (James) Carver of Cincinnati, OH, Donnie (Lex) Dotson of Weirton, WV. Also surviving, grandchildren, Charles, Eric, Wendi (Frank), Emily, Jessica, Anthony, Jennifer, Danielle, Tommy, Abbigail, Paul and Allison, great grandchildren, Kendra, Blake, Robin, Aidan and Ayla.

The James Funeral Home of Follansbee, WV 304-527-1717 cared for the Stoneking family with a Veteran’s Cremation and Military Honors.
