Obituary for Daniel Lee Morris
Daniel Lee Morris, 42 of Beech Bottom, WV, passed away suddenly and tragically on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 as a result of an accident at work.
Daniel was born on November 5, 1979 in Weirton, WV. He was the son of Daniel Eugene Morris and Jonann (Hartley) Fleming.
Daniel worked at Jupiter Aluminum in Beech Bottom, WV as a press operator. Many will remember Daniel for his love of fishing, hunting and riding ATVs.
Daniel was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Frank Morris and maternal grandparents, Lee and Nora Hartley.
In addition to his parents, Daniel is survived by his girlfriend, Lisa Lancaster, three children, Danika Paige Morris, Madison Sky Morris, Samuel Morris and a baby on the way due in January, two siblings, Joshua Wayne Morris and Nicole Hoit, nieces and nephews, Joshua and Jericko Morris and Lilyana, Rayge and Ryatt Hoit, paternal grandmother, Mary Morris and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, August 1, 2022 from 12 Noon until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717 with Pastor Tim Colvin, officiating.
Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery Haven of Rest, Colliers, WV.
