Obituary for Lawrence Edward "Eddie" Pearce
Lawrence “Eddie” Edward Pearce, 49 of Follansbee, WV, passed away suddenly at 12:25 PM on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at his residence.
Eddie was born on September 15, 1970 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late Lawrence Pearce and Connie (Miller) Pearce.
Eddie worked for over 20 years for the City of Follansbee, WV but was currently working at Eagle Manufacturing, Wellsburg, WV. He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weirton, WV where he served as a Eucharist Minister. Many will remember Eddie for his love of people, spoiling his fur babies, Mia and Gia, reading and his outgoing personality.
Eddie is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Debbie (Bailey) Coletti-Pearce of Follansbee, WV, a step-daughter, Nicole Baldwin of Warren, OH, a grandson, Luke Gosney, two siblings, Angela Swailes and her husband, John of California and Stacey Dearth and her husband, Rick of Follansbee, WV, an aunt, Terry Heilman and an uncle, Chaz Miller
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV where the funeral will commence on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 9:00 AM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weirton, WV with Father Babu Joseph Elamturuthil, presiding.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to James Funeral Home, 1245 Main Street, Follansbee, WV 26037.
