Obituary for Mable Irene Latshaw
Mable Irene Latshaw, 67, of Steubenville, OH, died Monday, October 3, 2022 at home.
She was born January 11, 1955, a daughter of the late Thomas and Dorothy Powell Toward.
Mable was a retired home health aid with Carriage Home Healthcare.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and James Toward, two sisters, Violet Toward and Mary Ann Borger.
Surviving are two sons, Jonathan Hootman of Steubenville; Hugh Perry Hootman of Pittsburgh, PA; two brothers, Harry Toward of Pittsburgh; Thomas Toward of Tacoma, WA; three sisters, Henrietta Crain of Brilliant, OH; Margaret Pratt of VA; Agnes Head of VA; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to Memorial Services from 10-11 AM Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the Richmond United Church, Richmond, OH.
