Obituary for Mark Shawn Skinner
Mark Shawn Skinner, 57 of Weirton, WV, passed unexpectedly at 3:04 PM on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at his residence in Weirton, WV.
Mark was born on August 11, 1961 in Weirton, WV. He was the son of the late Gary Lee and Donna Ruth (Smith) Skinner.
Upon graduating high school, Mark went on the serve in the United States Air Force. He worked as a graphic pressmen at Crown, Cork and Seal, Weirton, WV.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his sister, Tambra Kay (Skinner) Bragg.
Mark is survived by his five children, Desirae Oliver of Steubenville, OH, Nichole Blackburn and her husband, Nicholas of Wintersville OH, Cody Skinner of Wintersville, OH, Kristen Skinner and Shyann Skinner, both of Weirton, WV, four grandchildren, Zoey Oliver, Riley Davis and Elizabeth and Roman Blackburn, two brothers, Gary Skinner of Weirton, WV and Michael Skinner and his wife, Veronica of Paris, PA and several nieces and nephews.
A private family viewing was held at James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV, followed by a private Veteran's Cremation.
