Mary R. (DeSantis) Constantine, 96, of Lewes, DE, formerly of Follansbee and Weirton, WV passed away at 9:02 AM on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at her son’s residence in Pennsville, NJ under the care of her family and Compassionate Care Hospice.

Mary was born on March 22, 1923 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late Sebastian and Bastiana (Cercone) DeSantis.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Marino A. Constantine and seven siblings, Umbert DeSantis, Ormand DeSantis, Ida Bates, Lucy DeSantis, Jean DeSantis, Flora Serafini and Helen DeSantis.

Mary is survived by her two sons, Mark Constantine and his fiancée, Lisa of Pennsville, NJ and Paul Constantine of Pompton Lakes, NJ, two faithful furry companions, Belle and Max, numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 9:00 AM – 10:00AM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1017 Jefferson Street, Follansbee, WV with Father Jude Perera, presiding.

Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee, WV
