Obituary for Mary Lee Six (Elliott)
Mary Lee (Elliott) Six, 80 of Colliers, WV, passed away at 4:42 PM on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Brightwood Center, Follansbee under the care of the staff with the assistance of Valley Hospice.
Mary was born on March 22, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Robert Elliott and Virginia (Pitts) Elliott.
Mary was a homemaker that enjoyed the company of her sister whether they were headed to church or just riding around; but most of all, Mary loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Six and two sons, Christopher and Kenneth Six, five siblings, Robert and Norman Elliott, Imogene Kimble, Geneva Gentile and Betty Brewer.
Mary is survived by her six children, Richard Six and his wife, Donna of Colliers, WV, Marsha Reinholt and husband, James of Indiana, Rose Six of Weirton, WV, Gilbert Six and his wife, Tammy of Indiana, Jeff Six of Weirton, WV and Dennis Six and his wife, Bobby Jo of Wintersville, OH, 27 grandchildren and great grandchildren, three siblings, Alfred Elliott, Cecil Elliott and Erma Ponamar, all of Weirton, WV and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 4:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 6:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717, with Pastor Larry Garrison, officiating.
Interment will be held privately next to her husband, Gilbert at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
