Norma Kay (Coen) Dulaney, 74 of Colliers, WV, passed away at 12:05 AM on Friday, August 5, 2022 at her residence under the care of her family with the assistance of Valley Hospice.
Norma was born on May 25, 1948 in Pine Grove, WV. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Kenneth Coen and Alice Marie (Knisely) Coen.
Norma worked at First National Bank, New Martinsville for two years before becoming a stay at home mom, which she was the best. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Follansbee, WV. Norma volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher at Lowman Baptist Church and Open Door Baptist Church. Many will remember Norma for doing puzzles and spending time with her loving pug, Sadie; but most of all, singing with her husband, Gary.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her two siblings, Jim Coen and Nila Cross and her husband, Lonnie.
Norma is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gary Edward Dulaney, two children, Brady Dulaney and his wife, Shelly and Darla Bowden and her husband, Jason, all of Colliers, WV, two siblings, Kenneth Coen and his wife, Nadine and Nora McDiffitt and her husband, Gary, a sister-in-law, Ruth Coen, all of Pine Grove, WV and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 PM and again on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304-)527-1717 with Pastor Tim Colvin, officiating.
Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery Haven of Rest, Colliers, WV.
