Rickey Dewayne Britton
Rickey Dewayne Britton, 60, of Wheeling, passed away at 3:38 PM on Friday, December 8, 2017 at his residence under the care of his family and Amedisys Hospice.

Rickey was born on May 6, 1957 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of Sandra (Carr) Warden of Wheeling, WV and the late Joseph Britton.

Rickey worked as a Paint Maker at Blue Ribbon Paint, Wheeling, WV.

In addition to his father, Rickey was preceded in death by his brother, Louis Everett Britton and a sister, Donna Britton.

Rickey is survived by his wife Kathy (Ullom) Britton of Wheeling, WV, five children, Rickey Allen Britton and his girlfriend, Amber Ware of Wheeling, WV, Cassandra Ellen Britton and her boyfriend, Daniel Bruce of Cadiz, OH, Patricia Clemons and her boyfriend, Josh Hayes of Wheeling, WV, Albert Ace Chieffalo and his wife, Christine of Martins Ferry, OH, and Charles Chieffalo and his wife, Pam of Martins Ferry, OH, 12 grandchildren, a great granddaughter, Caligh Clemons, five siblings, Cathryn O’Conner, Jody Britton, Diana Shaw, Anthony Warden, and Joseph Britton, several nieces and nephews, in addition to special family members Wesley Clemons, Dawn Hammrick and John Baker, his Best Friend.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 2:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304)737-3551, with Reverend Dave Stammerjohn, officiating of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry, OH. Following the service, Rickey will be cremated.
