Obituary for Rita Carol Larntz
Rita Carol Larntz, 79 of Wellsburg, WV, passed away at 4:51 AM on Monday, September 5, 2022 at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.
Rita was born on August 22, 1943 in Cleveland, OH. She was the daughter of the late William Staneck and Virginia (Summers) Staneck.
Many will remember Rita for her love of crocheting and the music of Elvis Presley.
In addition to her parents, Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Raymond” Larntz and four siblings, William “Bill”, Eva, Evelyn and Earl.
Rita is survived by her two sons, Charles Larntz and Richard Larntz of Wellsburg, WV, two grandsons, Terry Chapman of Wellsburg, WV and Cody Chapman – US Navy and his wife, Alyssa, stationed in Virginia, five great grandchildren, Bill, Oaklee, Ela, Sophie and Hudson “Little Ray” and numerous nieces and nephews.
