Obituary for Rose Marie Meadows (Willis-Hall)
Rose Marie (Willis-Hall) Meadows, 80 of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Beach Bottom, WV, passed away at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.
Rose was born on January 3, 1940 in Wheeling, WV. She was the daughter of the late John Hall and Lola (Williams) Willis.
Many will remember Rose for her love of singing country music; but most of all, her enjoyment and devotion to family time.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward Meadows Sr., a son, Wayne Hall, granddaughter, Crystal Jurek, and her siblings.
Rose is survived by her five children, Donald E. Meadows Jr. of Bellaire, OH, James Meadows of Beech Bottom, WV, Karen Jurek and her husband, Phillip of Florida, Bonnie “Susie” Robinson and her husband, James of Wellsburg, WV and Becky Meadows of Wheeling, WV, 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304)737-3551.
Please note that limited access and social distancing will be in place during visitation and funeral service, all attendees will be required to wear a mask or face covering and hand sanitizer station will be available. In addition, if you are unable to attend or not feeling well, please consider sending a card or leaving an online condolence.
Interment will follow at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Beech Bottom, WV.
