Tammy Lee (Tennant) Hlebiczki, 55 of Windsor Heights, WV, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.
Tammy was born on June 9 1966 in Glendale, WV. She was the daughter of the late Terry and Nancy (Maidens) Tennant.
Tammy enjoyed crafts, coloring and painting; but most of all, her dear family.
In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Elwood Hlebiczki and a sister, Dandannette Mendoza.
Tammy is survived by her three children, Andrea Millhouse and her husband, Dillon of St. Clairsville, OH, Sammy Elwood Hlebiczki and his fiancé, Caity Deavers of Beech Bottom, WV and Robert Hlebiczki and his fiancé, Isabella Custer of Wellsburg, WV, six grandchildren, Landen Beck, Bentley Millhouse, Jaxson Millhouse, Conner McCullough, Mia Hlebiczki and Sammy Hlebiczki, a brother, Terry Tennant and his wife, Carrie of Beech Bottom, WV and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 11:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304)737-3551 with Pastor Lori Williams, officiating.
