Thomas F. Hedmond, 75 of Wintersville, OH, passed away peacefully at 12:45PM at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh, PA.

Tom was born on February 8, 1943 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Rockie Hedmond and Sue (Dalesio) Mayhew.

Tom taught as a French and English teacher at Follansbee and Weir High Schools and later at Palm Springs and San Francisco High Schools in California.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his step-father, Earl “Pete” Mayhew.
Tom is survived by several cousins.

Tom will be interred at Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee, WV.
