Obituary for Barbara Ann (McFadden) Albright

Barbara Ann (McFadden)  Albright
Barbara Ann (McFadden) Albright, 85, of the Bertha Welty Apartments, Wheeling, WV, passed away at 5:35 AM on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital.

Barbara was born on July 14, 1932 in Bethany, WV. She was the daughter of the late William and Myrtle (Chambers) McFadden.

Barbara was a graduate of the former West Liberty State College. She retired as an administrative assistant for the APTA, Washington, DC. Many will remember Barbara for her love of reading and puzzles.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, William McFadden and his wife, Virginia.

Barbara is survived by her two daughters, Lisa Chandler and her husband, Michael Donovan of Stevensville, MD, and Cynthia Stubbs and her husband, Allen Anthony Stubbs of Edgewater, MD, five grandchildren, Sean Chandler and his wife, Amy, Erik Chandler, Tyler Stubbs, Damon Chandler, and Tanner Stubbs, two great grandchildren, Blake and Audrey Donovan, her dearest brother, Floyd McFadden and his wife, Karen of Bethany, WV, and many nieces and nephews especially, Gayle Shannon.

A gathering of friends and friends will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 10:30 AM until time of Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at Bethany Memorial with Rev. Cherisna Jean-Marie. Interment following at Bethany Community Cemetery will be private.

Cremation and Memorial Service arrangements are under the care of the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737-3551.
