Animal Welfare in Brooke County

All animal lovers and lots and lots of animals owe Mac Barnes a real debt of gratitude for her foresight and devotion for working to bring these changes. The name Mac Barnes will always be the first named mentioned when folks talk of animal welfare in Brooke County. Rest in peace Mac, you deserve it!
